No. Autzu doesn't require a security deposit, registration fee or credit check. Add a valid payment method and your card is charged two hours before each booking starts — you only pay for the time you book.

Tesla Model 3 rentals are hourly, with a 4-hour minimum and a 16-hour maximum per booking — starting at $7/hour. Pricing can vary by city, car, time of day and how far in advance you book. Unlimited mileage is always included.

Most drivers complete the application, get verified and schedule their first booking the same day. Sign-up and ID verification happen entirely in-app — no in-person interview, no waiting period.

You must be 21 or older, have an approved Uber driver account, an active credit or debit card in your name, and a smartphone with the Autzu and Uber Driver apps. Toronto drivers also need a Private Transportation Company (PTC) licence.

Schedule a booking in the Autzu app — it can be in 10 minutes or 10 days. Walk into the assigned hub at your booking time, tap Unlock in the app, and drive. No counter, no key handoff.

Everything runs through the Autzu Driver app: unlock, lock, start, end the rental, open the trunk, honk, and locate the vehicle on a map. Your phone is the key — nothing else needed.

Free supercharging is included at every Autzu hub between shifts. On the road, you can use any Tesla Supercharger or public CCS network — those sessions are billed to the driver at standard rates.

Yes. Diamond Uber Pro drivers receive Uber’s EV trip bonus when driving an Autzu EV. Amounts and eligibility are set by Uber.

Drive back to any Autzu hub in the same city, park in any open stall, tap "End rental" in the app. The car auto-locks behind you.
